BIOGRAPHY

Freeman Forever

Freeman is a professional rigger based in Hong Kong and is the only official licensed instructor of Yagami style(鵺神流) in Asia(outside Japan). Prior to this, he was also a student of Haru Kakeru (aka Nuit de Tokyo) a licensed instructor in the Yukimura Haruki(雪村春樹) style shibari. Hence, learning Shibari from Osada Steve since 2016. That makes him a minority of rigger who is certificated to teach both Yagami style(鵺神流) and Yukimura style(雪村流). Other than being a rigger, he is a full time photographer. He had pubished a photo album “we love kabukicho” featuring Kanō Hana & Yagami Ren.

Yagami Ren

Mr. Yagami Ren has been practicing rope tying since he was 17 years old. In 2004, he first appeared in an underground shibari performance and became a professional shibari artist in 2011. Today, he is a world-renowned shibari master. He has actively participated in a wide range of activities and media, including providing technical guidance for Netflix shows and films.By fusing elements of Japanese martial arts into his rope work, he created the distinctive "Yagami Ryu" style, which has now expanded beyond Japan through international performances and workshops.His work has gained immense popularity and acclaim worldwide.
